Our standard MOQ is 100 mats, designed to balance production cost and global shipping efficiency for wholesale buyers.

To help you evaluate the quality upfront, we provide 1–2 sample mats for testing grip, color accuracy, material durability, and alignment-line clarity before placing a bulk order.

Once the sample is confirmed, we move to mass production with predictable lead times and consistent quality control.

PU yoga mats use caucho natural as the base layer, so a light smell is normal when they are freshly produced.
This scent comes from the rubber itself — not chemicals — and usually fades naturally.

To ensure your mats arrive fresh and customer-ready, we follow a strict odor-control process:

• 1–1.5 weeks of airing before packaging to release natural rubber smell

• Use of odor-absorbing sheets inside packaging when needed (optional)

• Ventilated storage throughout production

Most customers find the odor fades quickly after the first few days of use.

If your market requires extra-low-odor standards, simply let us know and we’ll enhance the airing process or add odor-control inserts.

Sample lead time is 3–5 days.
Mass production usually takes 20–30 days depending on customization level.
You will receive updates for each key checkpoint — material preparation, PU coating, cutting, printing, QC, and packing — so you always know where your order stands.

Absolutely. We provide factory pictures,certificates, and QC process documentation.
If needed, we can also support NDAs for confidential branding or proprietary designs.
